Copy a document Canon NL July 13, 2026 16:05 Updated Important! The default language of the printers is English. To change this to Dutch, click at the bottom of the login screen. Always change the language before logging in to the printer. If you do this while printing the job, the printer will freeze.Always log out when you're done. The printer doesn't automatically log out until 2 minutes have passed. During that time, other users can see your print jobs and print them. Go to a printer and log in (Ways to log in). Tap [Copy] in the mail screen. Place the document into the document feeder or on the glass plate.- Face up into the document feeder.Important: You can place multiple sheets in the document feeder. However, use the glass plate for a bound document, damaged sheets, thin sheets, and stapled sheets.- Face down on the glass plate. If necessary, adjust the copy settings under [Options]. Press the green Start button. Your document will now be copied. To log out, place your card on the card reader and wait until you hear a beep or tap [Log Out].
